Refund policy

  • Full refund until 30 June 2026
  • 75% refund until 31 August 2026
  • 50% refund until 30 September 2026
  • No refunds for cancellations on or after 1 October 2026
  • Refund requests by email only; processed 30 days after the conference

Terms

  • Conference registration is mandatory to attend a workshop
  • Postgraduate students must submit a letter from their HOD
  • Registration cannot be transferred
